Your next two months are collected upfront alongside your first payment. After that, your membership renews automatically on a flexible month-to-month basis.
Why 3 months?
It allows Dr. Patel to establish care and provide continuous, meaningful treatment.

- No enrollment fees for new patients!
- Enrollment fees for returning patient who cancelled memberships previously will be $150 per person.
- 30 day notice required for membership cancellations.
