Membership Commitment & Billing Policy
Memberships require a 3-month minimum. The first month is prorated, and the next two months are collected upfront. After that, membership is month-to-month.
Why 3 months?
It allows Dr. Patel to establish care and provide continuous, meaningful treatment.

- No enrollment fees for new patients!
- Enrollment fees for returning patient who cancelled memberships previously will be $150 per person.
- 30 day notice required for membership cancellations.
